What I did on my birthday!
7:10 am - I was woken up by my 5 year old sister (nothing like an early wake up call on your birthday).
7:30 am - Present opening. I opened all of my presents from my dad, brother and 2 sisters, including a new car radio, Pandora March birthstone earrings and necklace and other amazing bits and bobs!
10:00 am - Time to drive back to my mums house!
10:30 am - Present opening, again. This time, from my mum and my grandparents. From my mum I received a trip to Harry Potter Studios, Swarovski shot glasses, a pedicure and other great things!
12:00 pm - My mum, dad, grandparents and I went to the Elburton Inn for lunch. Of course I had a 'hunters chicken' with mash potato and mushy peas. I also had my first legal drink as an 18 year old - a berry Rekorderlig.
2:00 pm - I went off to have a pedicure! I've only ever had a pedicure once in my life before this one and I forgot how great it felt. I got my toes painted in red shellac to match my dress for my party on Saturday. My toes now look all dressed up and ready to go!
4:00 pm - My friend Maisie and I went to Morrisons to buy some alcohol for Saturday. My first time buying my own alcohol. Of course the lady still asked me for ID, because lets face it, I look 12.
5:30 pm - My mums side of the family, Maisie and I went to Bella Italia for tea, somewhere I had never been before, bu always wanted to try. I had garlic dough balls for starters and for my main I had a chicken and roast pepper pizza (yum). I obviously couldn't have my meal without having another birthday drink. So, I had a strawberry and vodka cocktail (I requested that there was not a lot of vodka in the drink, but there definitely was too much). I didn't choose a dessert, as my mum had bought me a beautiful and delicious cake - I devoured my slice!
8:00 pm - Maisie and I went to meet up with some of my closest friends to end the perfect 18th birthday.
